Choose Your Session Duration

You may pick your Table Massage session duration to suit your individual needs. From as short as 30-minutes to as long as a 2-hour massage, our Therapist will help you relax, unwind and heal on your wellness journey. Our Therapists are skilled practitioners who are here to help you on your journey toward relaxation, healing and wellness.

    Each of our skilled Therapists have their biographies posted on our website. You may select the Therapist you prefer, or we can consult with you to provide the Therapist who best meets your needs. Many of our repeat clients find they prefer to have the same Therapist help them as we get to know you over the course of several sessions.

    Massage may be performed using many different styles or modalities. If you have a specific issue you want to work on, we can consult with you to determine which modality is best for your situation; or you may request a specific modality you desire. Our Team of Therapists are trained in many different modalities and schools of massage.

    We offer many different add-on treatments for your massage, ranging from aromatherapy and heavenly feet, to hot stones, total relaxation, cupping or kinesio taping. Add-on services do not increase your session duration and our clients report that add-ons help increase the level of enjoyment they experience during their massage. Discuss the different add-on treatments with your Therapist when you book your session.
