Favorite Modalities:

I have been a therapist for many years, trained in various modalities. I offer a unique blend of energy work and bodywork that is customized for each client. My approach goes beyond traditional massage; it’s about guiding you towards living pain- free and naturally. By utilizing sound, touch, and breath, I can help facilitate your body’s healing and restore balance. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients but as a mother of three, I have a special place in my heart for pregnant women at all stages of their pregnancy.

Philosophy of Healing:

Quantum physics shows that all particles at the subatomic level are not solid, fixed entities but rather dynamic energy patterns and vibrations. Our bodies exist in a constant state of vibration at the cellular level. When we experience pain or distress, these vibrations can become misaligned and unbalanced. Using vibrational energy and sound healing can be effective remedies. We strive for balance, and our pain can serve as a guide on where to begin our healing journey. If something hurts, gently touching and moving that area can provide love and attention, fostering healing.  I believe that I am not the healer; rather, I work in partnership with your body, mind, and spirit to help you heal yourself. Through sound, touch, and breath, we can alleviate stress and pain in our lives. Being mindful of our thoughts, words, and actions is crucial, as they all influence our body’s vibrations and overall well-being. I won’t fix you—that’s your responsibility—but I will accompany you on your journey toward becoming pain-free naturally. Healing music and instruments can help remind the body and mind of balanced vibrations. Pranayama, or breathing techniques, aids in moving stagnant energy (chi) and allows for increased life-giving oxygen. Therapeutic touch, such as massage, helps muscles release the stress we hold. This is a partnership, and together we can achieve well-being for you and the world—one body at a time.

Exceptional Results:

I had a client years ago at the beginning of my career who remains unforgettable to me. She was 94 years young and had late-stage dementia. Back then, I was doing house calls and would visit her every week. The routine was always the same. I would knock on the door, and she would greet me by saying, “Hi, who are you?” I would respond, “I’m Stacie, and I’m here to give you a massage.” She would often say, “Really? I’ve never had a massage.” I would then explain that I came every week and guide her through the process of getting on the table and what to expect during the massage.

She needed help with almost everything but had a sweet, childlike demeanor. Once I started the massage, something remarkable would happen about 15 to 20 minutes in: she would begin to return to herself. It felt like magic. Her memory and her stories would come flooding back, and it was truly amazing. Though her body was stiff and tight, and she couldn’t handle much pressure, as her muscles began to soften and release, her mind would come alive again. We would talk and laugh, and those moments were beautiful.

Sadly, she passed away a day after her 95th birthday, but she was at peace with it, saying she lived a long and blessed life. I cherished working with her, and it was during these sessions that I had my first real understanding of the strong connection between body and mind. They discussed this concept in massage school, but this was my first tangible experience of it.
