Philosophy on Healing: Massage helps us feel great and operate at our best. It is a true honor to be entrusted to work so closely with people with healing, nurturing, restorative touch. Most of us need to slow down and consciously or unconsciously listen to our bodies. The feedback that massage gives our skin, muscles, alignment, nervous system and subconscious has a great power for healing and wellbeing. My curiosity and wonder about the body’s potential informs my work. I bring my passion for health, ease, and comfort, and my awe of the human body and spirit to every massage.
Exceptional Results: My dear clients say I have the knack of working with just the right amount of pressure and the right angles to feel good, help the body re-set, melt knots, and dissolve adhesions. For clients who don’t need deep massage, I also find the right amount of pressure that feels great and facilitates relaxation. My clients say my focus and devotion are apparent and that I make every moment of contact count. I have helped many people recover from injuries, and contributed to my many clients’ sense of well being through relaxation massage. Many clients say they sleep better and breathe easier following massages.
As a dancer, singer, and athlete (tennis, mainly), and devoted student and teacher in those areas, I have had especially good results working with people in those fields, due to my knowledge and experience.
