Favorite Modalities: Depending of the needs of my clients, I integrate modalities ranging from deep tissue, relaxation acupressure, shiatsu, and stretch. I listen to my clients’ needs and purpose and use intuition with a clear intention and gentle approach. My goals are to provide massage to ease pain, give relaxation, and energize yourself.

Philosophy on Healing: Touch is a powerful tool of healing. “Treatment” or ‘Therapy” in Japanese is called “ Te-ate” literally means Hand, te, and Touch, ate. It also implies comfort and care from someone’s touch. I still remember the feeling of my mom’s warm touch when I was sick in my childhood. I believe that massage using the hands and touch has a unique way of easing pain both physically and emotionally; something that a massage device may not be able to provide.

Everyone is responsible for your health and your body. My goal is to bring awareness and attention of your body and mind through my massage, so you can take care of yourself.

Exceptional Results: I had a lady who lost her mother a month before the massage session. She had some health issues, and life challenges, too. When I saw her the first time, she was exhausted physically and depressed mentally. Since she was taking care of her mom, she rarely had time for herself. Her body was very stiff because of the tension she carried for a long time. I began massage with gentle stroke and acupressure to relax her nerve and muscle. Her body responded to the massage right away, and became more relaxed. After the massage, her face became bright and had a big smile. After several sessions, she told me she started to involve some activities, making friends, and even a new job. She enjoys and loves her life more than before. It was very rewarding to see the client’s journey of recovery.

I had another lady who was 20 weeks pregnant. She had severe pain in her back, and could hardly walk. She came seeking help to ease her pain. I started to give her gentle foot massage, then relaxation massage on her back. Her pain and tension were almost gone after the session. Since then, she came to see me every week during her pregnancy. She was able to stay pain free and active rest of her pregnancy period, and delivered a healthy baby!
